Project Analysis and Budget Planning
We assess the composition and volume of the materials, calculate the scope of work, and verify the format of the source files
We prepare a preliminary project schedule and submit the calculations to the Sales Department
- Editing and proofreading of the translated text;
- Comparison and verification against the source document.
We monitor terminology, figures, dates, section numbering, tables, and illustrations
When necessary, we promptly revise documents in response to expert comments received during the medical device registration process
For translations included in medical device registration dossiers, the project manager submits the materials to government authorities, prepares the project archive in electronic and, if required, hard-copy format, and provides it to the client
We deliver verified translations to the responsible manager or directly to the client
We ensure version traceability and maintain a complete project archive
We prepare the final electronic files and, if necessary, a hard-copy documentation package
When required, we arrange notarization of translations
We perform a two-stage review process:
We prepare a project glossary to ensure consistency across the entire documentation package
We assign documents to specialized translators and editors and establish project deadlines
Our Sales Department agrees on pricing and terms with the client
We confirm deadlines, execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if required, and document certification and notarization requirements
The manager receives the documentation package from the client and forwards it to the project coordinator
