- Technical Regulation and Metrology Committee of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Kazakhstan Institute of Standardization and Metrology (KazStandard)

4. Signing of the Type Approval Certificate
- Submission of an electronic application through the elicense.kz portal;
- Signing and issuance of the Type Approval Certificate for Measuring Instruments.
3. Review by the Technical Council of KazInMetr
- Preparation and coordination of materials for the Technical Council;
- Conducting the meeting in accordance with the approved schedule;
- Preparation of meeting minutes and receipt of an official letter confirming positive results.
2. Experimental Testing
- Development and approval of the testing program;
- Selection of the technical testing base and sampling of specimens;
- Conducting tests and preparing test reports and test records.

- Assessment of the intended function of the measuring instrument;
- Verification of technical and metrological characteristics;
- Analysis of design and materials used;
- Assessment of the manufacturing site.
